How to become an IB at Saxo Bank?

To become an Introducing Broker to Saxo Bank, you will need to submit:

  • Introducing Broker Agreement
  • Client Application Form — if you want to trade your own funds
  • Latest Annual Accounts — if you are a registered company
  • Articles of the company — if you are a registered company
  • Certificate of Incorporation/ passport
  • Copy of your License — if a license is not required for your business in the country where you operate, we need a Letter of Compliance from a lawyer stating that you can legally conduct business without a license. A template of such a letter with the suggested wording can be supplied by Saxo Bank.

IBs in the United States

For US residents interested in becoming an IB with Saxo Bank, you must be registered in at least one of the following categories with the NFA (National Futures Association):

  • FCM - Futures Commission Merchant
  • CPO - Commodity Pool Operator
  • CTA - Commodity Training Advisor
  • IB - Introducing Broker
